I just wanted to take a minute to explain what you will get from me and what you should expect from me if you choose to sign up and work with me!
If you are looking for months of very strict cookie cutter meal plans I am not the coach for you. Personally, I don’t think any coach should be guiding their clients in this way.
I want you to learn how to plan out meals with the foods you most enjoy, through the knowledge, you will gain from me. As the saying goes, “you give a poor man (or women in our case) a fish and you feed him (her) for a day. You teach him (her) how to fish and you give him (her) an occupation that will feed him (her) for a lifetime (Chinese proverb).
I think that sentiment explains exactly what I am trying to get across here and couldn’t be more true. You give a client a cookie cutter meal plan and they lose weight if they stick to the plan but what happens when the plan is over? Most likely they go back to their old ways because that plan is unsustainable for real life.
You learn how to meal plan for yourself with all of the knowledge you gain from our coaching relationship and pick and choose your own foods and learn how they fit into your daily life then you have something that is sustainable for a lifetime!
You learn how freeing the whole process is and every day you build your confidence into making your own choices. I genuinely care and nothing makes me happier than seeing my girls succeed.
From me, you can expect to gain the knowledge you will need to change your life when it comes to the relationship you have with food. You can expect a totally personalized plan created from the client questionnaire you will fill out after your application has been accepted.
You can expect in-depth, weekly check-ins where I actually take into account how your feeling, how your stress levels are, what issues your having etc. You can expect your questions and or concerns to be addressed and answered.
You can expect your life to be changed and lastly, you can expect to have the tools available to you when your time with me comes to an end to be able to live a healthy, happy life, where diets are a thing of the past.
If you’re struggling with the decision to finally tackle your goals, I have this advice for you. The guaranteed way to take your goals seriously is to invest in yourself. Investing in yourself will lead to commitment and finally taking your goals seriously.
Let me give you an example. You need a new pair of shoes, you found some on sale at Target and ended up getting them for $20, sweet! Awesome deal! You go shoe shopping again and fall in love with a $300 pair of Tory Burch shoes. You hm and haw over them, then finally decide to just go for it. I guarantee you will take care of those Tory Burch shoes, you will treat them like your baby. Why? Because you value them, because you invested in them and because of that, they mean a lot to you. Those $20 Target shoes? They can get muddy, they can get left outside on the front porch, because you didn’t invest in them.
What I’m trying to get across is that you value what you pay for, and you want to get value out of those things you paid for. You will put in the work to achieve your goals when you invest in you. I am fully committed to your goals and I expect that same level of commitment from you.
